The creativity of an area becomes a factor to attract people to that area. Also, the phenomenon of migration as an important issue is the concern of many researchers of different sciences; such as economics, sociology, statistics, geography and environment. The reason for the importance of this topic is that immigrants can have different political, economic, social, cultural, environmental, etc. effects on the host society and region. Immigrants who enter a region can bring economic prosperity and capital inflow to a region, or can cause various social and environmental crises. Along with the creativity of the region and migration, the issue of environmental pollution is another important issue in today's world. Therefore, due to the great importance of this issue, in this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of economic and environmental factors on migration, as well as factors affecting environmental pollution in the provinces of Iran. For this purpose, cross-sectional data was used in 2016. Considering the very important relationship between migration and environmental pollution, a model with two equations (net migration and CO2) as a system of simultaneous equations has been designed and estimated with the 3SLS method. The obtained results show that environmental pollution has a negative effect on the amount of migration. The results obtained in this research prove this issue. On the other hand, more immigration to a province, due to the increase in population, causes more pollution in that province. Also, the results show that the provinces that have moved towards industrialization have more CO2 emissions. امروزه واژه خلاقيت نقش بسيار مهمي در ادبيات اقتصاد شهري و منطقه‌ای پيدا كرده است. خلاقيت يك منطقه عاملي براي جذب افراد به آن منطقه می‌شود. همچنين پديده مهاجرت به عنوان يك مسئله مهم، مورد توجه بسياري از محققين علوم مختلف؛ مانند اقتصاد، جامعه‌شناسی، آمار،جغرافيا و محیط‌زیست قرار گرفته است. دليل اهميت اين موضوع نيز اين است كه مهاجران می‌توانند تأثیرات مختلفی از نظر سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، زیست‌محیطی و ... بر جامعه و ناحيه ميزبان داشته باشند. مهاجراني كه به يك منطقه وارد می‌شوند، هم می‌توانند باعث رونق اقتصادی و ورود سرمایه به یک منطقه شوند و هم می‌توانند مسبب بحران‌های مختلف اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی باشند. در کنار خلاقيت منطقه و مهاجرت، مسئله آلودگي محیط‌زیست نيز يكي ديگر از مسائل مهم در جهان امروز به شمار می‌رود. بنابراين با توجه به اهميت زياد اين موضوع، در اين پژوهش سعي شده تا به بررسي تأثیر عوامل اقتصادي و محيطي بر مهاجرت و همچنين عوامل مؤثر بر آلودگي محیط‌زیست در استان‌های ايران پرداخته شود. براي اين منظور از داده‌های مقطعي در سال 1395 استفاده شده است. با توجه به ارتباط بسيار مهم بين مهاجرت و آلودگي محیط‌زیست، مدلي با دو معادله (خالص مهاجرت و CO2 ) به صورت سيستم معادلات همزمان طراحي و با روش 3SLS برآورد شده است. نتايج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد، آلودگي محیط‌زیست داراي اثر منفي بر ميزان مهاجرت است. خلاقيت بيشتر در يك منطقه دليلي براي مهاجرت بيشتر است. كه نتايج بدست آمده در اين پژوهش اين موضوع را ثابت می‌کند. در مقابل مهاجرت بيشتر به يك استان، به دليل افزايش جمعيت، باعث افزايش آلودگي بيشتر در آن استان می‌شود. همچنين نتايج نشان می‌دهد استان‌هایی كه به سمت صنعتي شدن حركت کرده‌اند، ميزان انتشار دی‌اکسید كربن در آنها بيشتر می‌باشد. واژه‌های کلیدی‌: مهاجرت، خلاقيت ، CO2، ايران. http://rahbord-mag.ir/fa/Article/Download/43980
