One of the educational institutions in the country (Iran) called Islamic Azad University, has provided an opportunity for women to play an active role in various cultural, social, political, and economic fields, also to change society's attitude towards women's abilities with self-confidence and show that development will not be possible without the participation of women. Since the performances and consequences of Islamic Azad University have been different in various fields and regions of the country; so, this research purpose is to investigate the role and performance of Shahr-e-Babak Islamic Azad University in the educational, cultural, social, and economic affairs of women. Therefore, the Islamic Azad University's impact on the educational, cultural, social, and economic affairs of women has been studied. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical, applied, and survey. This method is data collection, documentary, and field study (researcher-made questionnaire). The study's statistical population includes employees, post-graduate &amp; school students, homemakers, and freelancers living in Shahr-e Babak. The sample size is 500 people, and SPSS software has been used to enter information and data and analyze them. The result of Islamic Azad University affects women in Shahr-e Babak city as follows: educational affairs (T = 79.16, P &lt;5%), cultural-social affairs (T = 60.85, P &lt;5%), and economic affairs (T = 93.37, P &lt;5%).</p> <p>رشد نهادهای آموزشی و علمی زمینه مشارکت مؤثر افراد یک جامعه را در تحولات اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی فراهم می&zwnj;کند. دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به&zwnj;عنوان یکی از نهادهای آموزشی در کشور فرصتی فراهم کرده تا زنان نیز بتوانند در عرصه&zwnj;های مختلف فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی نقشی فعال داشته باشند و با خودباوری بتوانند نگرش جامعه را نسبت به توانایی&zwnj;های زنان تغییر داده و نشان دهند که امر توسعه بدون مشارکت زنان امکان&zwnj;پذیر نخواهد بود. ازآنجایی&zwnj;که عملکردها و پیامدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در زمینه&zwnj;های مختلف (فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی) در مناطق مختلف کشور متفاوت بوده است؛ لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش و عملکرد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهرستان شهربابک در امور آموزشی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی زنان بوده است. در این راستا فرضیه&zwnj;های تأثیر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در امور آموزشی، فرهنگی-اجتماعی، اقتصادی زنان موردبررسی قرار گرفت. درمجموع روش این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی، کاربردی و مبتنی بر پیمایش بود. در این روش از گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعه اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) استفاده شده است و جامعه آماری موردمطالعه کارمندان، دانشجويان، زنان خانه&zwnj;دار، مشاغل آزاد و دانش&zwnj;آموزان ساكن شهرستان شهربابك (1395) و حجم نمونه 500 نفر می&zwnj;باشد که جهت ورود اطلاعات و داده&zwnj;ها و تجزیه تحلیل آن&zwnj;ها نیز از نرم&zwnj;افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. نتیجه آنکه دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در امور آموزشي (T=79.16,P&lt;5%) و در امور فرهنگي- اجتماعي T=60.85,P&lt;5%)) و در امور اقتصادي ( T=93.37,P&lt;5%) زنان در شهرستان شهربابک تأثیرگذار بوده است.</p> http://wir.fatemiyehshiraz.ac.ir/fa/Article/Download/40548
