These shortcomings with wisdom resolved with implementation of Veto in the UN system, and the World found a new approach. But over time, the emergence of new powers followed by weakness of old ones and reaching most countries to the maturity of the collective life, resolves the global need for a leadership and the international community which still retains its old structure, dropped in another type of silliness which necessarily do not resolved by discussion. It is necessary to avoid another disastrous war, contribute all the international powers to the bureau of the international community in the Security Council and gave all of them clear shared responsibility to run the game of the world. (Such shared responsibilities may be Spiritual indices come every state and over the number of votes and the votes of every state in the decision making processes). خردورزی جامعه‌ملل به دلیل عدم تعیین رهبر برای نظام جهانی و اعطای امتیازی درخور به قدرت‌های آن روز‌، با شکست مواجه شده و فاجعه دوباره جنگ را به‌همراه داشت. این نقایص در ساختار ‌سازمان‌ملل با خردورزی وتو‌، رفع و جهانِ تازه دارای رهبر شد. اما گذشت زمان، ظهور قدرت‌های جدید‌، ضعف قدرت‌های گذشته و رسیدن اغلب کشورها به بلوغ زندگی جمعی، باعث رفع نیاز جهان به داشتن رهبر شده و جامعه بین‌المللی را که هنوز ساختار قدیمی خویش را حفظ کرده، در آستانه نابخردی دیگری قرار داده است که لزوماً با گفتگو حل‌شدنی نیست. از این‌رو، ضروری است تا برای جلوگیری از فاجعه جنگی دیگر‌، همه قدرت‌های بین‌المللی به سهم خود‌ (این سهم از شاخص‌های مادی و معنوی متعدد هر دولت نشئت می‌گیرد و در طول حضور در مرکز تصمیم‌گیری و تعداد رأی و قدرت رأی هر دولت مؤثر خواهد بود)، در اداره جامعه بین‌المللی در شورای امنیت سهیم شده و همه کشورها در بازی اداره جهان سرگرم شوند. http://iojournal.csr.ir/fa/Article/Download/37833
