The subject of Iranian woman’s marriage to foreigners is considered a serious issue as it has coincided with the arrival of Afghan and Iraqi neighbors to our country. This issue has caused serious problems to Iran. In addition to political and social problems caused by such marriage, it has also a significant effect on their family situation. In the current legal system of Iran, the differences between the citizenship of a husband because of his women are enacted barriers by the legislatures in Article 1060 of the Civil Code; however, the citizenship of a husband lacks any precedent in legal records. In this paper, the concept of marriage and citizenship, arrangements and legal terms relating to the restrictions of marriage of Iranian women to foreigners and its consequences has been investigated. It was suggested that appropriate education about marriage through social media should be given to women. This issue also should be considered serious in the regulations موضوع ازدواج بانوان ايراني با اتباع بيگانه همزمان با ورود همسايگان افغاني و عراقي در كشور ما وضعيتي جدي به خود گرفته و مشكلاتي را به همراه داشته است. اين ازدواج ها افزون بر بوجودآوردن مشكلات اجتماعي و حتي سياسي بر شرايط خانوادگي و اخلاقي آنان نيز تاثير بسزائي دارد. در نظام حقوقي فعلي ايران تفاوت تابعيت شوهر نسبت به زن ايراني داخل در موانع نكاح به عنوان يك مانع از سوي قانونگذار در ماده 1060 قانون مدني وضع گرديده است اما تفاوت تابعيت شوهر به عنوان يك مانع در منابع فقهي فاقد هر گونه سابقه است. در مقاله حاضر، مفهوم نكاح و تابعيت، مقدمات وشرايط قانوني مربوط به محدوديت ازدواج زنان ايراني با اتباع خارجي، وضعيت وآثار ازدواج بانوان ايراني با اتباع بيگانه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است و در خاتمه پيشنهاد گرديد. با توجه به عدم آگاهي بانوان از پيامدهاي چنين ازدواجي به نحو شايسته، آموزشهاي لازم قبل وحين ازدواج از طريق رسانه هاي گروهي در قالب الزامات قانوني با اهتمام جدي تري در دسترس همگان قرار گيرد . http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16522
