Based on this, the main aim of this study was describing the performance of agricultural production cooperatives in rural women employment, that was a case study in 28 villages that have cooperative company in Savojbolagh town in Alborz province. For this study descriptive-analytical method was applied. Statistical population include "villager members and managers of cooperative" with 708 persons and the samples volume for survey with questionnaire tool by Cochran method, was estimates 250 samples. The obtained results from descriptive and inferential statistics have showed the 6 types related to establishment of agricultural cooperative companies in these villages between 1981 to 2016 years, that the weighed average of the most of types were less than average and this show that the role of agricultural cooperative companies has not important and sensible in development of women employment. However the results of Chi 2 test has confirmed the hypothesis of the survey, but we should not forget that the effects of cooperative companies in employment and increasing income and reducing immigration of rural women, were low and investment and planning should be performed for improving the performance of cooperative companies and upgrading the situation of the women. تعاوني‌های توليد کشاورزي، رهيافتي مناسب براي دستيابي به توسعة اقتصادي و اجتماعي و تحقق عدالت اجتماعي به شمار می‌روند. این شرکت‌ها از منظر بازتوزيع منافع حاصله از رشد بخش كشاورزي، افزایش فرصت‌های شغلی، توسعه مشاركت مردمي، توجه به زنان روستا، پايين آوردن ريسك سرمايه‌گذاري در بخش كشاورزي، كاهش هزينه‌های توليد و...، ابزار مناسبي براي بهبود وضعيت كشاورزي هستند. بر این اساس آنچه که در پژوهش حاضر، به عنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش درنظر گرفته شد، تبیین عملکرد تعاونی‌های تولید کشاورزی در توسعۀ اشتغال زنان روستا بود که به صورت مطالعه موردی در 28 روستای برخوردار از شرکت تعاونی در شهرستان ساوجبلاغ استان البرز انجام پذیرفت؛ برای انجام آن از روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل «روستاییان عضو تعاونی و مدیران تعاونی» به تعداد 708 نفر بود. حجم نمونه‌ها برای نظرسنجی با ابزار پرسشنامه براساس روش کوکران، 250 نمونه برآورد شد. نتایج تحلیل‌های به دست آمده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی 6 گویه مرتبط با تأسیس شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی در این روستاها بین سال‌های 60 تا 95 نشان داد که میانگین وزنی اغلب گویه‌ها کمتر از حد متوسط بوده و این نشان می‌دهد که نقش شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی در گسترش وضع اشتغال زنان خیلی محسوس و پررنگ نبوده است. اگرچه نتایج آزمون خی دو، فرضیه تحقیق را تأیید کرده است اما نباید فراموش کرد که اثرات شرکت تعاونی در ایجاد اشتغال، افزایش درآمد و کاهش مهاجرت زنان روستا، در حد کم بوده و می‌بایست برای بهبود عملکرد شرکت‌های تعاونی و بالا بردن جایگاه زنان، برنامه‌ریزی و سرمایه‌گذاری کرد.
