For this purpose, adequate understanding and recognition of the tools and mechanisms through which the monetary and fiscal policy affects the economic sectors is necessary. Therefore, developing a monetary and fiscal strategy appropriate to the economic conditions in countries such as Iran and Islamic countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc., which are concerned with Islamic economic policy and the elimination of interest rates and the implementation of economic justice, is of great importance. In order to collect the required information, this research was done from various tools such as internal websites and visiting libraries. Also, EXCEL software and EVIEWS13 statistical software were used to test the hypotheses and finally analyze the data. The research results have been examined in the form of eight hypotheses and the results show that the effect of fiscal policy in selected Islamic countries on the variables of GDP, price index and interest rate is positive and significant, and the effects of this policy on the exchange rate are negative and significant.</p> <p>برای اعمال یک سیاست پولی و مالی موفقیت&zwnj;آمیز، لازم است مقامات اقتصادی ارزیابی صحیحی از زمان و میزان تأثیر این سیاست بر متغیرهای اقتصادی داشته باشند. برای این منظور درک و شناخت کافی ابزارها و مکانیسم&zwnj;هایی که از طریق آن سیاست پولی و مالی بر بخش&zwnj;های اقتصادی تأثیر می&zwnj;گذارد ضروری است. لذا تدوین یک استراتژی پولی و مالی متناسب با شرایط اقتصادی در کشورهایی نظیر ایران و کشورهای اسلامی مانند عربستان ، کویت و .... که در دغدغه سیاستهای اقتصادی اسلامی و حذف نرخ بهره و اجرای عدالت اقتصادی را دارند از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. نتایج تحقیق در قالب هشت فرضیه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز اين تحقيق از ابزارهاي مختلفي مانند سایتهای داخلی و مراجعه حضوری به کتابخانه ها صورت پذیرفت. همچنین جهت آزمون فرضیه ها و در نهایت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار EXCEL و همچنین نرم افزار آماری EVIEWS13 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد اثر سیاست مالی در کشورهای منتخب اسلامی بر متغیرهای تولید ناخالص داخلی، شاخص قیمتها و نرخ بهره مثبت و معنی دار و اثرات این سیاست بر نرخ ارز منفی و معنی دار می باشد.</p> http://rahbord-mag.ir/en/Article/Download/51675
