On the other hand, with the globalization process, effective measures to eliminate inequalities in women's rights in developing countries have gained strength. The purpose of this article is to examine the role of globalization of human rights on reforming the system of protection of women in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf. Also, using the descriptive-documentary research method, the study of international conventions and treaties related to women's rights and their impact on the status of women's rights in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf was examined. Subsequently, the main question of this article is how the status of the reform of the system of protection of women's rights in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf can be analyzed and evaluated in light of the development and expansion of international human rights in the era of globalization? On the other hand, it is assumed that the status of the system of protection of women's rights in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, despite the relative dominance of traditional culture, violence and discrimination in the form of measures such as paying attention to eliminating relative discrimination, accepting the right to vote, economic enjoyment and international supervision, can be analyzed and evaluated in light of the development and expansion of human rights in the era of globalization. According to the findings of the research, the&nbsp;</p> <p>یکی از چالش های حقوق جوامع بشری که همواره به اشکال مختلف تداوم دارد، وضعیت حقوق نابرابر زنان نسبت به مردان است.از سوی دیگر با فرآیند جهانی شدن، اقدامات موثر برای رفع نابرابری های حقوق زنان در کشورهای درحال توسعه قوت یافت. هدف از مقاله حاضر، بررسی نقش جهانی شدن حقوق بشر بر اصلاح نظام حمایت از زنان در کشور های عربی حوزه خلیج فارس است. همچنین با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی-اسنادی به بررسی بررسی کنوانسیون ها و معاهده های بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان و میزان اثرگذاری آنها بر وضعیت حقوق زنان در کشورهای عربی حوزه خلیج فارس پرداخته شد. متعاقبا سوال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که وضعیت اصلاح نظام حمایت از حقوق زنان در کشور های عربی حوزه خلیج فارس در پرتو توسعه و گسترش حقوق بشر بین المللی در عصر جهانی شدن چگونه قابل تحلیل و ارزیابی است؟ از سوی دیگر فرض بر این است که وضعیت نظام حمایت از حقوق زنان در کشورهای عربی خلیج فارس علی رغم حاکمیت نسبی فرهنگی سنتی، خشونت و تبعیض در قالب اقداماتی نظیر توجه به رفع تبعیض نسبی، پذیرش حق رای، برخورداری اقتصادی و نظارت بین المللی، در پرتو توسعه و گسترش حقوق بشر در عصر جهانی شدن قابل تحلیل و ارزیابی می باشد. بر اساس یافته ها تحقیق، نظام حقوق بشر با محوریت رفع تبعیض، ارتقای جایگاه اجتماعی و سیاسی زنان، کنترل خشونت مردان علیه زنان کنوانسیون و معاهده های مختلفی را تنظیم کرده است. تدوین راهبردهای اجرایی و ایجاد ضمانت های اجرایی سبب شد</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/50143
