In summary, in addition to the type of ethical perspective and behavior of the teacher in relation to the learner, the teaching and institutionalization of the mentioned points depend on the teacher's scientific skill and ability in designing and implementing challenging and actively programs, methods, content, and assignments, as well as connecting them to the realities of the learner's life through mental and practical exercises.</p> <p> مقالهی حاضر با هدف فهم چگونگی تاثیر و به کارگیری نظریات فلسفی گابریل مارسل در ایجاد مهارت جراتمندی توسط معلم و با روش استنتاجی_تحلیلی انجام گرفته است.براساس یافتهها؛در نظریه تعمق ثانویه؛نداشتن نگاه عمودی و منفعتگرایانه و به رسمیت شناختن هویت و فردیت فراگیر؛در نظریه مسئله و راز؛ همدلی آگاهانه و نسبت به رشد و تعالی فراگیر،وفادارانه و مسئولانهعمل نمودن؛در نظریه بودن و داشتن؛عدم نگرش ابزاری و مبتنی بر سلطهگری و سلطهپذیری در فرآیند یاددهی_یادگیری؛شکلدادن ارتباطی عاطفی توام با محبت،اعتماد و منجر به تعهد برای همراهی سخاوتمندانه با فراگیر؛در نظریه آمادگی و در دسترس بودن؛برقراری ارتباط با فراگیر بعنوان فردی ارزشمند و آزاد،در اختیار او بودن از روی میل و عشق و تلاش مداوم برای مبارزه با موانع تحقق این مهم،لازمه و زمینهساز مهارت جراتمندیست.درجمع،علاوه بر نوع نگرش اخلاقی و رفتار معلم بعنوان الگویی تاثیرگذار در ارتباط با فراگیر،آموزش و نهادینهسازی نکات بیان شده،منوط به مهارت و توانمندی علمی معلم،جهت طراحی و بکارگیری اصولی و پیگیرانه  برنامهها،روشها، محتوا و تکالیف چالشبرانگیز و فعالانه و پیوند دادن آن با واقعیات زندگی فراگیر به واسطه تمرینهای ذهنی و عملی میباشد.تمرینهایی که فراگیر را با چرایی،چگونگی،چالشها و پیامدهای هر نوع ارتباط آشنا نموده و به واسطه ایجاد آگاهی شناختی و عاطفی، زمینهای برای ایجاد و تقویت رفتار جراتمندانه ایجاد مینماید</p>
