Changes and political rules of governance directly and indirectly affect companies and markets. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the political development and its effect on the business environment, which is an analytical descriptive method. What emerged from the results of this research is that changes in financial, commercial policies and government regulations can lead to changes in interest rates, inflation rates, stock market fluctuations and business volumes. Also, political development can have a direct impact on working conditions and employment in companies. Therefore, companies should be prepared to anticipate political changes and their impact on their business and update their policies according to these changes. Close and correct cooperation between the government and the private sector can lead to sustainable development and economic growth. توسعه سیاسی به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در تحولات اقتصادی و اجتماعی، تأثیر بسزایی بر محیط کسب و کار دارد. تغییرات سیاسی و قوانین حاکمیت، مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر شرکت‌ها و بازارها تأثیر می‌گذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی توسعه سياسي و تاثير آن بر محیط کسب و کار می باشد، که روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. آنچه که از نتایج این پژوهش برآمده است این است که تغییرات در سیاست‌های مالی، تجاری و مقررات دولت، می‌توانند به تغییراتی در نرخ بهره، نرخ تورم، نوسانات بازار سهام و حجم کسب و کار منجر شوند. همچنین، توسعه سیاسی می‌تواند تأثیر مستقیم بر شرایط کاری و استخدام در شرکت‌ها داشته باشد. بنابراین، شرکت‌ها باید برای پیش‌بینی تغییرات سیاسی و تأثیر آن بر کسب و کار خود آماده باشند و سیاست‌های خود را باتوجه به این تغییرات بروز رسانی کنند. همکاری نزدیک و صحیح بین دولت و بخش خصوصی، می‌تواند به توسعه پایدار و رشد اقتصادی منجر شود. http://rahbord-mag.ir/en/Article/Download/43979
