Therefore, maintaining and guaranteeing the growth and physical and mental health of the child is very important. Children should never experience domestic and social violence, and this is at the heart of international directives. Current international law obliges governments to protect all children from all forms of violence. Violence against children knows no bounds, and today it transcends race, class, religion, and culture, and there are children in all countries of the world who are always exposed to fear and experience of violence. In any case, this article is an attempt to provide a comprehensive answer to the question of what are the most important legal protections of international instruments, especially the Convention and the Declaration against Cases of Violence against Children. Thus, the present study step by step identifies and explains the most important fundamental rights of children in the context of international law. از آنجا که در سنین طفولیت و نوجوانی ابعاد مختلف جسمی و روانی کودک در حال شكل گیری و تكامل است، کودکی حساس ترین و تأثیرگذارترین دوره زندگی هر فردی است. از این رو حفظ و تضمین رشد و سلامت جسمی و روانی کودک از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. کودکان هرگز نباید خشونت خانگی و اجتماعی را تجربه کنند و این مهم در بطن دستورات اسناد بین المللی قرار دارد. حقوق بین الملل کنونی، دولت‌ها را مکلف ساخته که از همه کودکان در مقابل تمامی اشکال خشونت حمایت کنند. خشونت علیه کودکان حد و مرزی نمی‌شناسد و امروزه نژاد، طبقه، مذهب و فرهنگ را در نوردیده و در همه کشورهای جهان کودکانی وجود دارند که همواره در معرض ترس و تجربه خشونت هستند. به هر ترتیب، مقاله ی حاضر تلاشی است برای نیل به پاسخی جامع به این مسئله که اهم حمایت های حقوقی اسناد بین المللی به ویژه کنوانسیون و اعلامیه در برابر مصادیق خشونت علیه کودک کدامند. بدین سان، پژوهش حاضر گام به گام به شناسایی و تبیین مهم ترین حق های بنیادین کودکان در متن احکام بین المللی می پردازد. http://childrightsjournal.ir/en/Article/Download/22498
