The sample size was 160 according to Tabachnik and Fidel formula and were selected by available sampling. The instruments of this study were sexual satisfaction questionnaires of Hudson et al, (1981), body image of Fisher (1970, perfectionism of Hewitt and Felt (1991). Results: Results of simple and multiple regression analysis showed that sexual satisfaction of pregnant women was predictable based on body image. So that the relationship between body image and sexual satisfaction is positive and among the components of body image, only the lower limb dimension has a positive and significant relationship with sexual satisfaction. Conclusion: Sexual satisfaction of women is predictable based on perfectionism and there is a positive and significant correlation between social orientation and orbital self-perfectionism with sexual satisfaction of pregnant women. Women's sexual satisfaction is predictable based on perfectionism and body image. The role of perfectionism is more important than body image.
