However, children continue to be among the most vulnerable victims of armed conflicts. This article examines the violations of children's rights by the Israeli regime, both in the occupied territories and in recent attacks on Iran, relying on binding international legal documents. In this regard, key principles such as the distinction between combatants and non-combatants, the prohibition of attacks on civilians, and the fundamental right to life are analyzed. The findings show that many of the regime&rsquo;s actions are a clear violation of peremptory international law norms, which could lead to international responsibility and even criminal prosecution at the International Criminal Court.</p> <p>مسئله حقوق کودکان از دیرباز در قالب معاهدات و قطعنامه&zwnj;های مختلف حقوق بشری و حقوق بشردوستانه مورد توجه جامعه بین&zwnj;المللی بوده است. با این حال، کودکان همچنان از آسیب&zwnj;پذیرترین قربانیان مخاصمات مسلحانه به شمار می&zwnj;روند. مقاله حاضر به بررسی ابعاد نقض حقوق کودکان توسط رژیم صهیونیستی، چه در سرزمین&zwnj;های اشغالی و چه در حملات اخیر به خاک ایران، با اتکاء بر اسناد الزام&zwnj;آور حقوق بین&zwnj;الملل می&zwnj;پردازد. در این راستا، اصول کلیدی چون اصل تفکیک میان نظامیان و غیرنظامیان، ممنوعیت حمله به غیرنظامیان و حق بنیادین حیات مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته&zwnj;ها نشان می&zwnj;دهد بسیاری از اقدامات این رژیم، مصداق بارز نقض قواعد آمره حقوق بین&zwnj;الملل است که می&zwnj;تواند موجبات مسئولیت بین&zwnj;المللی و حتی تعقیب کیفری در سطح دیوان کیفری بین&zwnj;المللی را فراهم سازد.</p> http://aujsas.ir/ar/Article/Download/52452
