Throughout these changes, efforts have consistently been made to address women&rsquo;s rights and issues. The most recent of these laws is the Family Protection Law approved in 1391-Shamsi year. This law was approved based on the format and principles specified in the Family Protection Law of 1353. This research employs a descriptive and analytical method to explore this issue. It concludes that the approval of the Family Protection Law of 1391 has resulted in greater attention to the rights of women and families. It has also resolved some ambiguities and contradictions in the procedure of handling family cases and includes provisions that favor women, although it overlooks women in certain areas.</p> <p>قانون حمایت خانواده در طی ادوار مختلف دچار تغییر و تحولاتی شده است که در میان این تحولات همواره کوشش شده است به حقوق و مسائل زنان نیز پرداخته شود. جدیدترین این قوانین مربوط به قانون حمایت خانواده مصوب 1391 است. این قانون بر اساس قالب و اصول معین در قانون حمایت خانواده 1353، تصویب گردیده است. تحقیق پیش رو با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به این موضوع پرداخته و در آخر این نتیجه حاصل می&zwnj;شود که تصویب قانون حمایت خانواده 1391 منجر به توجه بیشتر به حقوق و مسائل زنان و خانواده شده است و برخی ابهامات و تناقضات را در رویه رسیدگی به پرونده&zwnj;های خانواده پایان داده است و همچنین مواردی را به نفع زنان پیش&zwnj;بینی کرده هرچند که در بعضی حوزه&zwnj;ها نسبت به زنان بی&zwnj;توجه مانده است.</p> http://wir.fatemiyehshiraz.ac.ir/ar/Article/Download/47105
