The emergence of the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies has brought with it ideas that have been able to create great changes in the economic system as a value-carrying element. The attitude of the countries of the world towards the use of cryptocurrencies has led to the adoption of different scenarios in the face of this phenomenon, such that these positions have varied from the recognition of cryptocurrencies to a complete ban. The purpose of this applied research, which is of a mixed type (quantitative/qualitative), is conceptualization and also to help decision makers and policy makers to understand the scenarios of using cryptocurrencies in the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this purpose, in addition to collecting the required information through the library and field method, the key goals and approaches that can be proposed regarding cryptocurrencies in various political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental dimensions from the collection of upstream documents, approvals and published requirements. It has been extracted and while paying attention to the concerns of the country and obtaining the opinions of experts through semi-structured interviews, different scenarios of the use of cryptocurrencies have been determined based on the aforementioned goals, and finally, the requirements and suggested solutions for their success have also been presented. It is worth noting that the proposed framework is merely a presentation of a set of goal-oriented scenarios and any technical and implementation details have been avoided. It should also be mentioned that the sampling method for conducting this research was a purposeful, judgmental and snowball type, which continued until theoretical saturation and reached fifteen participants.</p> <p>زنجيره بلوکي از جمله فناوری&zwnj;های نوین و تحول آفرینی بوده که در سال&zwnj;های اخیر فرصت&zwnj;های متعددی را در عرصه&zwnj;های مختلف از جمله مباحث مالی ایجاد نموده که یکی از مهمترين آنها در زمينه رمزارزها شکل گرفته است. ظهور پدیده رمزارز با خود ایده&zwnj;هایی را به همراه داشته که توانسته به عنوان یک عنصر حامل ارزش در نظام اقتصادی تغییرات بزرگی ایجاد نماید. نگرش کشورهای جهان به نحوه بهره&zwnj;گیری از رمزارزها باعث شده سناریو&zwnj;های مختلفی در مواجهه با این پدیده اتخاذ گردد به گونه&zwnj;ای که این مواضع از به رسمیت شناختن رمزارزها تا ممنوعیت کامل متغیر بوده است. هدف این تحقیق کاربردی که از نوع آمیخته (کمی/کیفی) بوده، مفهوم&zwnj;شناسی و همچنین کمک به تصمیم&zwnj;سازان و سیاستگذاران جهت شناخت سناریو&zwnj;های بکارگیری رمزارزها در جمهوری اسلامی ایران می&zwnj;باشد. بدین منظور ضمن جمع&zwnj;آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز به روش کتابخانه&zwnj;ای و میدانی، اهداف ورویکرد&zwnj;های كليدي قابل طرح در خصوص رمزارزها در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فناوری، قانونی و زیست محیطی از مجموعه اسناد بالادستی، مصوبات و الزامات منتشر شده استخراج و ضمن مورد توجه قرار دادن دغدغه&zwnj;های کشور و اخذ نظرات خبرگان از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، سناريوهاي مختلف بکارگیری رمزارز&zwnj;ها بر اساس اهداف مذکور تعیین و نهایتاً الزامات و راهکارهای پیشنهادی موفقیت آنها نیز ارایه گردیده است. شایان ذکر است که چارچوب پیشنهادی صرفاً ارائه گر مجموعه&lrm;ای از سناریوهای هدف&zwnj;گرا بوده و از ورود به هرگونه جزئیات فنی و پیاده&zwnj;سازی اجتناب گردیده است. همچنین لازم به ذکر است روش نمونه&zwnj;گیری برای انجام این تحقیق، از نوع هدفمند قضاوتی و گلوله برفی بوده که تا اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرده و به پانزده نفر حجم نمونه رسیده است.</p> http://jour.aicti.ir/ar/Article/Download/46665
