Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the causal pattern of criteria affecting modern rural management. The present study is applied according to its purpose, and based on descriptive-causal method. The statistical sample of the study consisted of 30 experts and specialists related to rural management. In order to achieve the research goal, fuzzy dimethyl technique was used. Findings of the study showed that among the four criteria of modern rural management, the criterion of responsibility was the most effective and the criterion of initiative was the most effective criterion of modern rural management. Also, the criterion of accountability was identified as the most important criterion of modern rural management. نتایج برنامه‌های اجرا شده در مناطق روستایی برای توسعه در بیشتر موارد نه تنها مفید نبوده بلکه باعث آشفته تر شدن وضعیت موجود روستاها شده است، این امر به دلیل عدم مدیریت مناسب در فرآیند برنامه‌ها می‌باشد، با مدیریت نوین، روستاییان می‌توانند در فرآیند برنامه ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌ها مشارکت داشته باشند. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی الگوی علی معیارهای موثر بر مدیریت نوین روستایی انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر با توجه به هدف آن کاربردی و براساس روش انجام توصیفی-علی می باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش را 30 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان مرتبط با مدیریت روستایی تشکیل می دادند. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از تکنیک دیمتل فازی استفاده شد. یافته¬های حاصل از پژوهش نشان دهنده آن بود که از بین معیارهای چهارگانه مدیریت نوین روستایی معیار مسئولیت پذیری تاثیرگذارترین و معیار ابتکار تاثیر پذیرترین معیار مدیریت نوین روستایی بودند. همچنین معیار مسئولیت¬پذیری به عنوان بااهمیت ترین معیار مدیریت نوین روستایی شناسایی شد. http://rahbord-mag.ir/ar/Article/Download/45372
