In today's era, despite the reduction of the role of this sector in the economy, the study of the functioning of the economic sectors in the framework of the national macro-economy confirms the significant role of the agricultural sector in the country. Agriculture is the main pillar of Gilan people's livelihood and economy. But the issue that has received less attention in the meantime is regional justice and balance in enjoying agricultural facilities and services among the cities of Gilan In fact, the evidence indicates that some cities are at higher levels in terms of development, and in this sense, there is an imbalance between the cities. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The Agricultural Statistics of Gilan Province (2013) was used to collect information. Shannon and TOPSIS entropy models were also used for data analysis. The results of the TOPSIS model in the group of "agricultural tools and technologies" indicators showed that the cities of Rasht, Soumehsara, Lahijan and Talesh are in the first level of development. The cities of AstanehAshrafieh, Rudsar, Bandar Anzali, Shaft and Foman are on the second level and the cities of Langrod, Amlash, Siahkal, Rudbar, Razvanshahr and Masal and Astara are on the third level. در جوامعی همچون کشور ما تا قبل از روی کار آمدن درآمدهای نفتی، اقتصاد ملی بر پایه کشاورزی استوار بود و تنها منبع تأمین خزانه و هزینه های دولت به شمار می رفت. در عصر حاضر با وجود کاهش نقش این بخش در اقتصاد، هنوز مطالعه کارکرد بخش های اقتصادی در چارچوب اقتصاد کلان ملی مؤید نقش قابل توجه بخش کشاورزی در کشور است. کشاورزی رکن اصلی معیشت و اقتصاد مردم گیلان به شمار می‌رود. اما مسئله ای که در این میان کمتر به آن توجه شده است، عدالت و توازن منطقه ای در برخورداری از امکانات و خدمات کشاورزی در بین شهرستان های استان گیلان است. در واقع شواهد حاکی از آن است که برخی از شهرستان ها از نظر توسعه یافتگی در سطوح بالاتری قرار دارند و از این حیث، عدم تعادل در بین شهرستان ها وجود دارد. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از آمارنامه کشاورزی استان گیلان (1393) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از مدل های آنتروپی شانون و تاپسیس استفاده گردید. نتایج مدل تاپسیس در گروه شاخص های «ابزارآلات و فناوری های کشاورزی» نشان داد که شهرستان های رشت، صومعه سرا، لاهیجان و طوالش در سطح اول از توسعه یافتگی قرار دارند. شهرستان های آستانه اشرفیه، رودسر، بندرانزلی، شفت و فومن در سطح دوم و شهرستان های لنگرود، املش، سیاهکل، رودبار، رضوانشهر و ماسال و آستارا در سطح سوم قرار دارند. http://rahbord-mag.ir/ar/Article/Download/41140
