But due to the limitations in the construction of residential complexes; In many houses, the open space (yard), which was previously the most suitable private space to meet this child's biological need (movement), was removed and finally a small semi-open space (terrace) was replaced. The purpose of this research is to identify the influential components in the design of the body of the residential apartment in improving the quality of the space in order to respond to the mobility of the child. This research was done based on quantitative method (with the help of researcher-made questionnaire tool). Data collection was done by providing a questionnaire to the residents of Hormzan residential complex in Tehran, and the obtained data were analyzed using Spss-26 software and using factor analysis, Friedman test, Pearson correlation test, and the results were extracted and presented. Based on the analysis of the research findings, the use of open space (elevated yard) or semi-open space (terrace), green space, flexibility in the furniture and body of the apartment, and the use of natural light are the most important components that should be used as criteria for designing the body of a residential apartment to meet the needs. The child should be considered for mobility.</p> <p>پاسخگویی به نیاز کودک جهت تحرک و بازی هم از بعد ارتقا سلامت روانی و جسمی و هم به&zwnj;عنوان پاسخ به نیاز یکی از ساکنین آپارتمان مسکونی موضوعی حائز اهمیت است. اما باتوجه&zwnj;به محدودیت&zwnj;های موجود در ساخت مجتمع&zwnj;های مسکونی؛ در بسیاری از خانه&zwnj;ها فضای باز (حیاط) که پیش&zwnj;ازاین مناسب&zwnj;ترین فضای خصوصی جهت پاسخگویی به این نیاز زیستی کودک (تحرک) بوده است حذف و نهایتاً فضای نیمه&zwnj;باز کوچک (تراس) جایگزین آن شد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه&zwnj;های تأثیرگذار در طراحی کالبد آپارتمان مسکونی در ارتقا کیفیت فضا جهت پاسخگویی به تحرک کودک است. این پژوهش بر اساس روش کمی (با کمک ابزار پرسش&zwnj;نامه محقق ساخت) انجام شده است. جمع&zwnj;آوری داده&zwnj;ها با ارائه پرسش&zwnj;نامه به ساکنین مجتمع مسکونی هرمزان در تهران صورت پذیرفته و داده&zwnj;های به&zwnj;دست&zwnj;آمده به&zwnj;وسیله نرم&zwnj;افزار Spss-26 و استفاده از تحلیل عاملی، آزمون فریدمن، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و نتایج استخراج و ارائه گردیده است. بر اساس تحلیل یافته&zwnj;های پژوهش، استفاده از فضای باز (حیاط در ارتفاع) یا نیمه&zwnj;باز (تراس)، فضای سبز، انعطاف&zwnj;پذیری در مبلمان و کالبد آپارتمان و استفاده از نور طبیعی مهم&zwnj;ترین مؤلفه&zwnj;هایی است که بایستی به&zwnj;عنوان معیارهای طراحی کالبد آپارتمان مسکونی جهت پاسخ به نیاز کودک برای تحرک مدنظر قرار گیرد.</p> http://arch.fatemiyehshiraz.ac.ir/ar/Article/Download/41002
