Case study : The pardis high - rise residential building of the shiraz chamran street . بررسی تطبیقی تأثیر پنجره های دو جداره و نماهای دو پوسته بر دمای مطلوب ساختمان نمونه مورد مطالعه : ساختمان بلند مرتبه مسکونی مجتمع پردیس چمران شیراز 23 35 fa محمد کاظمی حامد مضطرزاده 2022 8 2 <p>today , construction of tall buildings is a part of modern urbanism . most of the people living in large and large cities of the world have to live in large apartment complexes which are also high - rise . one of the important components in the design of these buildings is to regulate the desired temperature inside the building and create a thermal comfort zone for residents considering the energy consumption limitations . in this research , a case study was considered , which is a high &ndash; rise residential building located in shiraz city , which has been tried by using double - glazed windows . since there are other methods for these cases , such as design and implementation of double skin facades , at first different double - glazed windows and double skin facades were introduced . and the characteristics of each of them were described . then , in order to identify the desired option , both structures were compared and the result was obtained which , considering the advantages and disadvantages of each of these two structures , in terms of the advantages and disadvantages of each of these two structures , in terms of supplying the desired temperature of the building and creating the thermal comfort zone for the residents and also increase in productivity in building energy consumption is a more appropriate option .</p> <p>امروزه ساخت بناهای بلند مرتبه مسکونی جزیی از ضروریات شهرسازی مدرن گردیده است . اغلب مردم ساکن در شهرهای بزرگ و پرجمعیت جهان به ناگزیر در مجتمع های آپارتمانی بزرگ که اکثریت نیز بلندمرتبه هستند سکونت دارند . از جمله مؤلفه های مهم در طراحی ساخت این ساختمان ها مبحث تنظیم دمای مطلوب داخل ساختمان و ایجاد محدوده آسایش حرارتی برای ساکنین با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت های مصرف انرژی است . در این پژوهش نمونه موردی در نظر گرفته شد که یک ساختمان بلند مرتبه مسکونی واقع در شهر شیراز است ، که با استفاده از پنجره های دو جداره سعی شده است خواسته های پیش گفته را تأمین کند . از آنجایی که روش های دیگری نیز برای تأمین این موارد وجود دارد از جمله طراحی و اجرای نماهای دو پوسته ، در ابتدا انواع پنجره های دو جداره و همچنین نماهای دو پوسته به صورت مجزا معرفی گردید . و خصوصیات هر کدام از آنها شرح داده شد . در ادامه به جهت شناسایی گزینه مطلوب هر دو ساختار مورد قیاس تطبیقی قرار گرفت و این نتیجه به دست آمد که با در نظر گرفتن مزایا و معایب هر یک از این دو ساختار در نهایت نماهای دو پوسته می تواند به لحاظ تأمین دمای مطلوب ساختمان و ایجاد محدوده آسایش حرارتی برای ساکنین و همچنین افزایش بهره وری در مصرف انرژی ساختمان گزینه مناسب تری باشد .</p> http://arch.fatemiyehshiraz.ac.ir/ar/Article/Download/40414
