The critical impact of these powers on the dynamism and efficiency of international organizations has not been in doubt. This has also been the case during the post-Cold War era. This paper undertakes to assess the impact of the relations among major powers on international organizations in the period following the end of the Cold War? To answer this question, a conceptual framework for understanding developments in international organizations has been offered first. Then, changes in relations among major powers since the end of the Cold War have been discussed. And finally, the paper has turned to the assessment of the qualitative and quantitative developments in international organizations from the vantage point of relations among the major powers. As argued in the paper, changes in the quality of relations among the major powers in the post-Cold War era have ushered both horizontal and vertical development in international organizations, especially when compared to previous eras, and have as a consequence led them to play a more important role in international relations. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی چگونگی تأثیر روابط بین قدرت‌های بزرگ بر پویایی و کارایی سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، به‌ویژه در دوران پساجنگ سرد است. در این راستا پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که رابطه بین قدرت‌های بزرگ چه تأثیری بر سازمان‌های بین‌المللی در دوران پساجنگ سرد داشته است؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، ابتدا چارچوبی مفهومی برای درک تحول در سازمان‌های بین‌المللی ارائه شده است. سپس به تحول در رابطه بین قدرت‌های بزرگ در دوران پساجنگ سرد پرداخته شده و سرانجام پدیده گسترش کمی و کیفی سازمان‌های بین‌المللی با محوریت رابطه بین قدرت‌های بزرگ در کانون توجه قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌های بین‌المللی محصول کنش و واکنش سیاست بین‌الملل، حقوق بین‌الملل و اجتماع بین‌الملل بوده و باتوجه به تحولی که در ماهیت رابطه بین قدرت‌های بزرگ در دوران پساجنگ سرد رخ داده، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی در مقایسه با دوران پیشین سیاست بین‌الملل، تحولی افقی و عمودی یافته و جایگاه مهم‌تری در کنش و واکنش‌های روابط بین‌الملل به‌دست آورده‌اند. http://iojournal.csr.ir/ar/Article/Download/37741
