The food system has opened the door for experienced and experienced tourists to delve into the depths of the local culture and understand the difference that is most important motivation to perceive and touch with their culture through taste. Food tourism in its specific geographical space and in connection with other sectors is one of the most popular and lucrative goals in the valley of developed countries in terms of tourism. Food tourism can lead to many economic benefits, and many see it as a tool for local development that can stimulate the economy, protect existing jobs, and create jobs. The purpose of this study is to study the local cuisine of Qom and its impact on attracting tourists and developing tourism in this region of the country. This study is descriptive in terms of user purpose and method. Also, information and data have been collected through documentary-library studies. The results of the present study show that the local food of Qom has a high capacity in attracting and retaining tourists, and those in charge of this issue, can host more tourists in Qom for a longer period of time, and this region has cultural benefits. And benefit economically. نظام غذایی به‌مثابه بخشی از میراث فرهنگی جامعه، دارای ظرفیت‌های متعددی برای مطرح‌شدن در حوزه گردشگری است. نظام غذایی دریچه‌هایی گشوده است که گردشگران باتجربه و چشیدن آن، به عمق فرهنگ محلی وارد شده و تفاوتی که درک و لمس آن مهمترین انگیزه است را با فرهنگ خود از طریق طعم و ذائقه درک می‌کند. گردشگری غذا در فـضای جغرافیایی خاص‌ خود و در ارتباط با سایر بخش‌ها از اهداف پرطرفدار و پردرآمد‌ در‌ کشورهای توسعه‌یافته در امر گردشگری محسوب می‌شود. گردشگری غذایی می‌تواند به منافع اقتصادی فراوانی ‌‌منجر‌ شود، و بـسیاری آن را ابـزاری برای توسعۀ محلی قلمداد کرده‌اند که می‌تواند‌ به‌ تحریک اقتصاد یاری رساند و از مشاغل موجود حفاظت کند و همچنین باعث ایجاد اشتغال گردد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی غذاهای محلی قم و میزان تأثیرگذاری آن بر جذب گردشگران و توسعه گردشگری این خطه از کشور است. مطالعه مزبور به لحاظ هدف کاربری و از نظر روش، توصیفی است. همچنین گرداوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها به شیوه مطالعات اسنادی – کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که غذاهای محلی قم، از ظرفیت‌های بالایی در جذب و ماندگاری گردشگر برخوردار است و متولیان امر با بها دادن به این موضوع، می‌توانند گردشگران بیشتری را در مدت زمانی طولانی‌تر در قم میزبانی کرده، و این خطه را از مزایای فرهنگی و اقتصادی آن بهره‌مند سازند. http://geo2.ir/ar/Article/Download/37240
