The communication system is not that city; Rather, it is how to plan and use this tool to improve the quality of life of the citizens of a city. The goal of the smart city is to increase the quality of urban life with a sustainable development approach. The idea of ​​creating smart cities, which is a new topic in urban planning, has been proposed in the last two decades and its components have not been fully defined and identified. The purpose and innovation of the present study is the theoretical design of the smart city and the identification of its infrastructure components. In this research, the work approach is fundamental and using the descriptive-analytical method, identifying the components of the structural-strategic plans of the smart city in urban management is defined as the goal. طرح هاي ساختاري - راهبردي در پي دگرگوني تفکر عقلايي و جامع نگري در سطح جهان پديد آمده و روند تهيه، تصويب و اجراي طرح هاي شهري کشور ما را نيز دگرگون ساخته اند و آنچه یک شهر را به‌سمتِ هوشمندی پیش‌می‌برد، صرفاً استفاده از ابزار الکترونیک و سیستم ارتباطاتی آن شهر نیست؛ بلکه نحوۀ برنامه‌ریزی و استفاده از این ابزار درجهتِ ارتقای سطح کیفی زندگی شهروندان یک شهر است. هدف شهر هوشمند افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهری با رویکرد توسعۀ پایدار است. ایدۀ ایجاد شهرهای هوشمند که بحث جدیدی در برنامه‌ریزی شهری است، در دو دهۀ اخیر مطرح‌شده و مؤلفه‌های آن به‌طورِ‌کامل مورد تعریف و شناسایی قرار نگرفته ‌است. هدف و نوآوری تحقیق حاضر، طرح تئوریک شهر هوشمند و شناسایی مؤلفه‌های زیرساختی آن است. در این پژوهش رویکرد کار بنیادی بوده و با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، شناسایی مؤلفه‌های طرح هاي ساختاري - راهبردي شهر هوشمند در مدیریت شهری به‌عنوانِ هدف تعریف شده است. http://geo2.ir/ar/Article/Download/36538
