This type of tourism development would bear maximum benefits if the local communities' infrastructural potentials are strengthened, and the rural community's ability to use them is improved. Therefore, this descriptive-analytical study set out to examine the impact of community-oriented tourism on the development of rural communities from the perspective of the local community. To this end, 365 questionnaires were administered to the target tourism villages (namely Hajij, Shamshir, Nasmeh, and Khaneghah) located in Paveh city, using the SPSS software to analyze the collected data. The results showed that community-based tourism promoted economic, social, cultural, and environmental indicators, leading to rural development. Moreover, the regression analysis on the intended variables suggested economic indicators played the highest role in local community development, followed by social, cultural, and environmental indicators, respectively. Kendall's tau-b test results also proved a significant correlation between local community development and community-based tourism. گردشگری اجتماع-محور به دنبال ایجاد منافع اقتصادی - اجتماعی، حفاظت از منابع طبیعی، حفظ هویت و فرهنگ محلی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی جامعه به منظور رفع نیازهای نسل‌های حال و آینده است. توسعه این نوع از گردشگری چنانچه با تقویت ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های زیرساختی جوامع محلی و توانمندی جامعه روستایی در استفاده از آنها صورت گیرد، دارای بیشترین منافع خواهد بود. این مقاله با رویکرد تحلیلی به بررسی تأثیر گردشگری اجتماع -محور بر توسعه جوامع روستایی از دیدگاه جامعه محلی می‌پردازد. بدین منظور با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه و مطالعه میدانی در روستاهای هدف گردشگری (هجیج، شمشیر، نسمه و خانقاه) شهرستان پاوه، تعداد 365 پرسشنامه توزیع گردید و به وسیله نرم افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که گردشگری اجتماع-محور ارتقاء شاخص‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و زیست محیطی را در پی داشته و این شاخص‌ها موجب توسعه روستایی شده است. تحلیل رگرسیون در بین متغیرهای مورد پژوهش نشان داد که در بین این شاخص‌ها، شاخص‌های بعد اقتصادی بالاترین نقش را در توسعه جامعه محلی ایفا کرده‌اند و در رتبه بعدی شاخص‌های اجتماعی قرار دارند و شاخص‌های فرهنگی و زیست محیطی در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار گرفته‌اند. همچنین نتایج آزمون کندال تائوبی نیز رابطه توسعه جامعه محلی را با گردشگری اجتماع-محور مورد تأیید قرار داد. http://localhost:44365/ar/Article/Download/36164
