After developing the e-learning, the new form of learning environments has been formed that organizations are leading to maintain these environments to blend the traditional and e-learning capacities in order to blend techniques and abilities of learning and e-learning. Statistical population included 27 private and public banks in which two public (Meli and Tejarat Banks) and two private banks (Parsian and Pasargad Banks) have been chosen by cluster sampling. Then among staff of four banks, 285 respondents have been chosen. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by ten e-learning scholars and academicians and also its reliability was estimated 0.82 after performing among 55 samples. Factor analysis shows that five following factors explain 40.427 percent of all variations of factors respectively: the structural and organizational factors, the difficulties in producing the e-material, the inability in reaching the qualified e- content, the special advantages of blended learning environments and lack of enough knowledge and skills. In addition, for determining the amount of the fitting of the recognized coefficient AMOS program was used which shows the propriety of the recognized factors for the determined criteria. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش بانک ها به راه‌اندازی دوره های یادگیری ترکیبی است. پس از توسعه محیط های یادگیری الکترونیکی، گونه جدیدی از محیط های یادگیری شکل یافته است که سازمان ها به دلایل مختلف به سمت راه اندازی این گونه محیط های یادگیری سوق پیدا کرده اند تا قابلیت ها و شیوه های محیط‌های یادگیری حضوری و الکترونیکی را با هم ترکیب کنند. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 27 بانک خصوصی و دولتی کشور است که از بین آنها به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای دو بانک دولتی (ملی و تجارت) و دو بانک خصوصی (پارسیان و پاسارگاد) انتخاب شد. سپس از بین کارشناسان آموزش این چهار بانک 285 نفر به عنوان نمونه برگزیده شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بوده که روایی آن با استفاده از نظرات ده نفر از افراد پژوهشگر و صاحب‌نظر در زمینه یادگیری الکترونیکی به دست آمده و پایایی آن پس از اجرای آزمایشی در بین 55 نفر به میزان 82/0 بوده است. تحلیل داده های بدست آمده نشان می دهد که عوامل ساختاری و سازمانی، دشواری‌های تولید محتوای الکترونیکی، عدم‌دسترسی به محتواهای الکترونیکی باکیفیت، مزیت های خاص محیط یادگیری ترکیبی و نبود دانش و مهارت کافی برای طراحی و اجرای اثربخش دوره های یادگیری ترکیبی پنج عاملی هستند که به ترتیب اهمیت و مجموعاً 427/40 درصد از واریانس کل مربوط به عامل ها را تبیین می کنند. به علاوه برای تعیین میزان برازش عوامل شناسایی شده از برنامه AMOS استفاده شد که شاخص به دست‌آمده برازندگی عوامل شناسایی شده را نشان می دهد http://istd.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/29327
