This disease is caused by a person's emotions and imagination. One of the best ways to identify pedophiles is to examine the person's instinctive reactions to audio and video stimuli related to children. The results of this research, based on descriptive-analytical method and using library tools, include that there is no definite and acceptable treatment for this disease, and that the measures proposed by experts include drug treatment and creating impotence. These measures are very effective in preventing crime because a pedophile, like other criminals, initially investigates the cost of the crime, and if he closes the government sponsors the act and can hide behind the mask of a patient, commits the crime. However, high penalties can be a serious deterrent to crime prevention. In Iran, according to recent cases and in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence, the perpetrators of these crimes, along with having elements constituting a crime, have considered class punishments in such a way that the legislator in articles of the law criminalizes acts against children and It has considered the punishment of imprisonment and flogging, and in other articles, it has considered a heavier punishment in case of sexual offenses such as intercrural sex and tribadism, and a much higher punishment in case of adultery and sodomy. پدوفیل به عنوان یکی از اختلالات روانی پارافیل و از گروه های کودک آزاری در پدوفیل های دگرجنس خواه، هم جنس گرا و دوسوگراست. این بیماری ناشی از احساسات و تخیلات فرد بوده و یکی از بهترین روش های شناسایی پدوفیلی ها نیز بررسی واکنش های غریزی فرد نسبت به محرک های صوتی و تصویری مربوط به کودکان است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش با تکیه بر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از ابزار کتابخانه ای دربردارنده آن است که این اختلال، درمان مشخص و قابل قبولی ندارد و اقداماتی نیز که از طرف صاحب نظران مطرح شده عمدتاً شامل درمان دارویی و ناتوان سازی جنسی است. در این رابطه چگونگی واکنش نظام حقوقی در پیشگیری از ارتکاب جرم بسیار مؤثر است زیرا فرد پدوفیلی همانند سایر بزهکاران در ابتدای امر اقدام به بررسی هزینه جرم می‌کند و اگر ببیند حکومت، حامی فعل مورد نظر است و او می‌تواند در پشت نقاب یک بیمار پنهان شود اقدام به انجام بزه مورد نظر می نماید؛ لیکن میزان مجازات بالا می‌تواند نوعی بازدارندگی جدی جهت پیشگیری از جرم باشد. در ایران با توجه به موارد اخیر و منطبق با فقه اسلامی برای مرتکبین این جرایم همراه با داشتن عناصر تشکیل دهنده جرم مجازات هایی طبقه ای در نظر گرفته شده است؛ بدین نحو که قانون‌گذار در موادی از قانون اقدام به جرم-انگاری اعمالی برخلاف شؤون نسبت به کودکان نموده و مجازات حبس و شلاق را در نظر گرفته و در موادی دیگر در صورت بروز اعمال جنسی مانند تفخیذ و مساحقه مجازاتی سنگین تر و در صورت انجام رفتار زنا و لواط مجازات به مراتب بالاتری را در نظر گرفته است. http://childrightsjournal.ir/ar/Article/Download/21235
