The present study tries to investigate this issue with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of this study indicate that despite the commonalities of shame in terms of nature and principle of crime prevention, there are significant differences between these two areas of knowledge in terms of scope, scope of deterrence, factors and components, as well as in terms of quality and effectiveness. از جمله مباحث مهم در دو حوزه جرم‎شناسی و اخلاق اسلامی، شرم و حیا است که تأثیرات آن در پیشگیری از رفتارهای نابهنجار و مجرمانه مورد تأکید هر دو حوزه دانشی یادشده است؛ باوجوداین، دقت نظر در مبانی و یافته‎های جرم‌شناسی و آموزه‌های اخلاق اسلامی، می‌تواند تفاوت‌های ظریفی را که این دو با یکدیگر در این محور، یعنی تأثیر شرم بر پیشگیری از جرم دارند آشکار سازد. پژوهش حاضر می‌کوشد تا با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی این موضوع را مورد واکاوی قرار دهد. یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که باوجود اشتراکات شرم از نظر ماهیت و اصل پیشگیری از جرم، تفاوت‌های معناداری بیین این دو حوزه دانشی از جهت قلمرو، دامنۀ بازدارندگی، عوامل و مؤلفه‌ها و هم‌چنین به لحاظ کیفیت و چگونگی تأثیرگذاری، وجود دارد. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/18313
