Considering the identification of effective factors in implementing ERP systems and using the previous researches, the performance evaluation criteria of this system were identified. Then, using experts’ views the most important input indicators were ranked by fuzzy DEMATEL and output indicators by ANP. In this ranking, time spent on implementation, the implementation infrastructure, training and user support were identified as top input indicators, and three indicators of productivity increase, proper resource management and user satisfaction were selected as top output indicators. Using selected indicators, the performance of ERP systems of selected companies was evaluated. The results of this research will be useful in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of companies compared to top ones and making their ERP system even better. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها به ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم‌های برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمان 18 نمونه شرکت تولیدی پرداخته‌ است تا مشخص شود آیا اهداف تعریف شده برای سیستم‌های ERP توانسته‌اند عملکرد بعد از پیاده‌سازی این سیستم را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. با توجه به شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمان با استفاده از مرور تحقیقات پیشین، مصاحبه و نظرات خبرگان شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد این سیستم شناسایی شدند. سپس مهمترین شاخص‌های ورودی با استفاده از نظر خبرگان به روش دیمتل فازی و شاخص‌های خروجی به روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای رتبه‌بندی گردیدند. در این رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های زمان صرف شده جهت اجرا، زیر ساخت‌های اجرا، آموزش و اقدامات حمایتی کاربر شاخص‌های برترِ ورودی، و سه شاخص افزایش بهره‌وری، مدیریت صحیح منابع و میزان رضایت‌مندی کاربر نیز به عنوان شاخص‌های برتر خروجی انتخاب گردیدند. با استفاده از شاخص‌های منتخب به ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانِ شرکت‌های منتخب پرداخته شده است. نتایج این تحقیق در شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف شرکت‌ها در مقایسه با بهترین شرکت شناخته شده و هر چه بهتر ساختن سیستم ERP خود مفید واقع خواهد شد. http://jour.aicti.ir/ar/Article/Download/14722
