Therefore, in an attempt to rebuild the past of psychological science in Iran, senior university professors and active persons in this field of science were interviewed, filled out questionnaires, and the results were subjected to historical method. It can be structurally and organizationally said that modern psychology in Iran has evolved through four stages: The “beginning” or“entrance” period, from teaching of the first psychology course by Dr. Siyasi in 1925 until the establishment of the department of psychology in 1963; The second or“establishment” period from 1963 to the beginning of the Islamic Revolution; The “Latent or crisis” period from the initial sparks that led to the Islamic Revolution until the reopening of universities in 1982-83 academic year; and finally the “explosive development” of psychology, the period from 1983 onwards. Since the foundation of the Islamic Azad University and the proliferation in universities and governmental higher educational centers to the present. Nonetheless, Iranian psychology has not achieved any theoretical and ideological success, and still remains in the imitation stage. However, a few ideological and theoretical movements can be singled out which are discussed in detail in this article.</p> <p>چکیده: با گذشت بیش از هشت دهه از آغاز روان&zwnj;شناسی جدید در کشور، بازنگری کلی در روند این علم و هوشیاری نسبت به تحولاتی که پشت سر گذاشته است، ضروری به نظر می&zwnj;رسد. بدین&zwnj;منظور تلاش شد با استفاده از روش تاریخی و مصاحبه یا ارسال پرسشنامه برای اساتید پیش&zwnj;کسوت و شخصیت&zwnj;های فعال روان&zwnj;شناسی، گذشته این رشته به&zwnj;طور عینی بازسازی شود. از لحاظ سازمانی می&zwnj;توان گفت روان&zwnj;شناسی جدید در ایران تا کنون چهار مرحله را پشت سر گذاشته است: دورة «آغازین» یا «راه&zwnj;گشایی» از تدریس نخستین درس روان&zwnj;شناسی توسط دکتر سیاسی در سال 1304 شمسی تا تأسیس گروه روان&zwnj;شناسی در سال 1342. دورة «استقرار» از تأسیس گروه روان&zwnj;شناسی تا انقلاب اسلامی. دورة «کـمون یا بـحران» از شـعله&zwnj;ور شـدن آتـش انـقلاب تـا بازگشایی مجدد دانشگاه&zwnj;ها در سال 62-1361. بالاخره دوران بـعد از سال 1362 از تـأسیس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و افزایش دانشگاه&zwnj;ها و مراکز دولتی آموزشی عالی تا کنون که می&zwnj;توان آن را دورة «گسترش انفجاری» نامید. لیکن از لحاظ تئوریک و مکتبی، روان&zwnj;شناسی ایران موفقیتی کسب نکرده و همچنان در مرحله تقلید به سر می&zwnj;برد. اگرچه جریان&zwnj;های فکری محدودی قابل اشاره هستند که مشروح آنها در این مقاله مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</p>
