Citizens' awareness leads them to achieve the right that society considers for them. Urban laws and regulations can be considered as one of the most important connection points between urban management and citizens. In other words, the actors, the main elements of urban management in the light of urban laws and regulations, while defining the role for themselves and other members, can involve citizens in managing affairs. In this study, the aim is to identify the level of awareness of the residents of Chabahar city about the rights and laws of the city. Based on the research data, the level of this awareness among the residents of the city was described. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 382 using the Cochran's formula. Out of 382 distributed questionnaires, 82 questionnaires were excluded due to distorted information and analysis was performed on 300 questionnaires. The field data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed in 21 items. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured by calculating Cronbach's alpha and calculating the combined reliability coefficient (cr). بالا بردن ميزان آگاهي عمومي ساكنان يك شهر نسبت به حقوق و قوانين شهري ازجمله عوامل مهمي است كه براي رسيدن به يك شهر پايدار و مطلوب بايد به آن توجه كرد . آگاهي شهروندان موجب رسيدن ايشان به حقي است كه جامعه براي آن‌ها در نظر می‌گیرد. قوانين و مقررات شهري را می‌توان به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترین نقاط اتصال بين مديريت شهري و شهروندان قلمداد نمود . به تعبير بهتر بازيگران عناصر اصلي مديريت شهري در پرتو قوانين و مقررات شهري ضمن تعريف نقش براي خود و ساير اعضا می‌توانند شهروندان را در اداره‌ی امور شركت دهند. در اين پژوهش هدف شناخت ميزان آگاهي ساكنان شهر چابهار نسبت به حقوق و قوانين شهري است كه با استناد به داده‌های پژوهشي به توصيف ميزان اين آگاهي در بين ساكنان شهر موردنظر پرداخته شد. روش پژوهش به‌صورت توصيفي- تحلیلی صورت گرفته است. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 382 نفر برآورد گردید. از تعداد 382 پرسشنامه پخش‌شده تعداد 82 پرسشنامه به علت مخدوش بودن اطلاعات کنار گذاشته شد و تحلیل بر روی 300 پرسشنامه انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های میدانی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که در غالب 21 گویه طراحی‌شده بود . پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ و محاسبه ضریب پایایی ترکیبی(cr) سنجیده شد همچنین با توجه به نتایج پژوهش ميزان آگاهي از حقوق و قوانين شهري در بين شهروندان چابهار از حقوق و قوانین شهری در سطح پایین قرار دارد. http://geo2.ir/fa/Article/Download/38102
