They have engaged in global integration, bringing to the fore significant strategic cooperation. It is worth noting that the cooperation between FEMA, which has been more than any other factor in trade and direct economic investment, in turn has led to a large impact on the type of US-EU relations between Beijing and the EU. The question posed by the author of the leading research with a descriptive-analytical approach and based on the theoretical assumptions of liberal institutionalism seeks to answer why it is arranged in such a way that the visible and hidden effects of expanding economic and trade relations between China and the EU on How is the relationship between the United States and the European Union assessed? The hypothesis raised by the above question suggests that, on the one hand, the emphasis on a multilateral system based on international law has led to a common commitment between Chinese and European officials, and that, on the other hand, President Trump has chosen a strategy. Protectionism and withdrawal from trade agreements have emphasized that Europe's relations with Washington have largely cooled. The result of the transformation that has taken place is that the strengthening of Sino-EU relations has weakened EU-US relations. جمهوری خلق چین و اتحادیه اروپا در خصوص مباحثی همچون جایگاه دولت در اقتصاد و حقوق بشرِ چینی اختلاف‌نظرهای ژرفی دارند، اما باید اذعان داشت که طی سالیان اخیر، دو طرف به دلیل برخورداری از اقتصادهایی پویا و مکمل که بیشترین درصد ادغام خارجی در سطح جهان را به خود اختصاص داده‌ است، همکاری‌های راهبردیِ قابل‌توجهی را ارائه داده‌اند. شایان ‌گفتن است، همکاری‌های دو طرف که بیش از هر عامل دیگری در زمینۀ تجارت و سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیمِ اقتصادی بوده است، به‌نوبۀ خود سبب شده تا نوع روابط ایالات‌متحده و اتحادیه اروپا تا حدود زیادی تحت تأثیر روابط اقتصادیِ پکن و اتحادیه اروپا قرار گیرد. با توجه به این تحولات، پرسشی که نگارندۀ پژوهشِ حاضر با رویکردی توصیفی - تحلیلی و با تأسی از مفروضات نظریِ «نهادگرایی لیبرال» درصدد پاسخ به چرایی آن برآمده، چنین ترتیب‌بندی شده است که «تأثیرات پیدا و پنهانِ گسترش روابط اقتصادی و تجاری چین و اتحادیه اروپا بر روابط ایالات‌متحده و اتحادیه اروپا چگونه ارزیابی می‌شود؟». فرضیه‌ای که از پرسش فوق مطرح شده ناظر بر آن است که از یک‌سو تأکید بر سیستم چندجانبه‌گرایی مبتنی بر قوانین بین‌المللی منجر به ایجاد تعهد مشترک میان مقامات چینی و اروپایی شده است و از سوی دیگر با انتخاب «پرزیدنت ترامپ» که بر راهبرد حمایت‌گرایی و خروج از توافق‌نامه‌های تجاری تأکید کرده است، روابط اروپا با واشنگتن تا حدود زیادی رو به سردی نهاده است. برآیند دگردیسی‌های رخ‌نموده آن است که تقویت روابط چین و اتحادیه اروپا موجب کم‌رنگ شدن روابط اتحادیه اروپا و ایالات‌متحده شده است. http://iojournal.csr.ir/fa/Article/Download/37850
