Research Assuming that the process of globalization and increasing membership of countries in the World Trade Organization is upward, we consider the membership of many of them in this organization to be inevitable; However, since some of the goals of this organization are the same as the economic goals of developing countries, it is possible to use effective and timely policies to interact effectively and achieve goals such as the efficient and equitable exploitation of nature. New benefits and opportunities for all were eradicated, eradicating poverty, corruption and discrimination in the country, and maintaining economic independence. For this reason, there is a need to review and adapt this organization to the economic foundations of these countries. The research question is what are the benefits and costs of membership in this organization for developing countries? what steps should they take to maximize opportunities and minimize membership costs? According to the descriptive-analytical approach and based on some theoretical assumptions of international economics and understanding the atmosphere of this organization, we will reach the hypothesis that this organization, considering the influence of developed countries in establishing fair and effective trade relations, It is inefficient, but with some flexible policies and regulations, costs can be minimized. پیامدهای الحاق و عدم ‌الحاق کشورهای در‏حال ‏توسعه به سازمان ‏تجارت‏ جهانی در مقالات‏ بسیاری بیان‏ شده که به ناکارآمدی این سازمان و قدرت سیاسی و اقتصادی کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و تأثیرگذاری آنها بر تصمیمات این سازمان اشاره کرده‌اند. در این‏ پژوهش با فرض بر اینکه روند‏ جهانی‏‌شدن و فزونی ‏یافتن عضویت کشورها در سازمان ‏تجارت جهانی صعودی بوده، عضویت بسیاری از آنها در این سازمان را اجتناب‏ناپذیر می‏دانیم؛ ولی از آنجایی که برخی از اهداف این سازمان با اهداف اقتصادی کشورهای درحال توسعه یکسان بوده، می‏توان با استفاده از سیاست‌گذاری‏های درست و به‌موقع به تعاملی مؤثر و به اهدافی همچون بهره‌برداری ‏کارآمد و عادلانه از طبیعت، خلق‏ مزیت‌ها و فرصت‌های‏ جدید برای همگان، ریشه‏کن کردن فقر، فساد و تبعیض در کشور و حفظ‏ استقلال‏ اقتصادی رسید. به‏ همین دلیل نیاز به بررسی و تطبیق این سازمان با مبانی اقتصادی ‏این کشورها وجود دارد. پرسش پژوهش این است که «عضویت در این سازمان چه منافع و چه هزینه‏هایی برای کشورهای درحال توسعه داشته؟ و آنها باید چه اقداماتی را در جهت رسیدن به حداکثرسازی بهره‌برداری از فرصت‏ها و حداقل‏سازی هزینه‏های عضویت در این سازمان انجام دهند؟». با توجه به رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی و با تأسی از برخی مفروضات تئوریک اقتصاد‏ بین‏الملل و شناخت فضای‏ این‏ سازمان به این فرضیه خواهیم رسید که این سازمان با‏توجه به تأثیرپذیری از کشورهای توسعه‏یافته در برقراری روابط تجاری عادلانه و مؤثر، ناکارآمد بوده ولی با توجه به برخی سیاست‏ها و قوانین منعطف، می‏توان هزینه‏ها را به حداقل رساند. http://iojournal.csr.ir/fa/Article/Download/37846
